Hi Guys,
Last weekend battle between CS and TK causing some drama. TK won but I heard we have to do rematch.
I was there. TK beat CS hands down.
There was a false start where TK player accidentally had t4's loaded, but it was caught quick, a warning was issued, and everyone calmly restarted. It was just an accident. I don't think that is in dispute. No harm was done and game restarted and there were no claims of inappropriate behavior by either side.
TK won that battle.
Why isn't that being acknowledged.
Someone please explain. Is this just an example of political favoritism? LOL even in simple games humans can't seem to be fair... Or maybe I'm rushing to judgement. I'll await a response.
TY!

TK has withdrawn from FL Season 5, thusly I do not see a need for this thread. I have talked with sidewinder and pit multiple times, please ask them as we already have one thread dedicated to that issue.

LOL someone closed the thread.
How rude?!?
So I'm still awaiting explanation from the judges on high why a game that was played and overwith, with no objection from ref or players during game, can then be overturned when nothing was wrong with the game?
No one is claiming anything was amiss in the battle.
I agree its just a game and I'm not losing sleep. But the folks in charge need to explain themselves.
The only thing I do find annoying is the disrespect being shown by the mods who seem incapable of providing a legit and consistent explanation in public.
I'll be waiting.
Thanks!

Um, so no one is able to explain the reasoning behind the decision because the decision has been made?
Is this some third world dictatorship lol?
Thats hilarious bub. Truly.
I am not suggesting anyone change the decision (although if it was an incorrect decision that would of course be the reasonable thing to do).
I am just requesting that someone who participated in making the decision explain it.
Why is this like pulling teeth?
Don't take is personally. Take the people and fleets out of it. Look at it objectively.
Just explain the reasoning behind over turning the results of a completed battle that no one cheated or even accidentally broke the rules.
I'll be waiting patiently.

If you're in TK or CS, why don't you ask your own leadership first?
Also, please avoid using such offensive language here, as it hurts your reputation most.

This is too funny.
So no one will put in writing the reason why the TK win was over turned?
Why is it so hard?
I listened to Doc on our vent for a few minutes and he didn't explain anything. Nothing. Was a rule broken? Which one? What is the official punishment? Was it rule #11? #17? Eh?
Crickets.
I don't blame Doc only - although it is his responsibility to explain his decision. I saw TK leadership worked up as well.
The one thing I gathered from Doc was that its his job to keep track of who wins, so at the end of the day he needed to write down who won. He wanted to write down CS even though they lost. Go figure?
I have no horse in this race guys. I'm not taking the win/loss personally. I'm just finding it fascinating that no one can give a simple straight answer, and that you guys are circling the wagons to protect god only knows what.
No need to make snide remarks to me.
Just answer the reasonable question with a reasonable answer and case is closed.
If that was done in writing the first day the issue would be settled.
Don't respond with noise. Just answer the question.
Thanks!

Filimon, when I came on Vent to explain everything yesterday, Sidewinder informed me that a few other people in the channel were not High Counsel and he proceeded to move us to another channel. If I remember correctly, you were one of those few.
Again, I have spoken with Sidewinder on multiple account and all the questions you are asking, I have explained to Sidewinder. If you don't feel those were 'legitamate' answers, so be it, I'm sorry you feel that way. Going around explaining to each member of TK why conclusion came down to what it was, would take an enormous amount of time. If Sidewinder does not wish to explain it to the rest of you, that is his decision. Thank you.

OK Doc. You went to different channel and I went there too. I listened.
You did not cite the rules that were violated.
You dont need to explain it multiple times. Just explain your reasoning once. In writing. So we can see and understand. Thats a pretty normal approach. Thats all I asked for.
1. This happened, 2. Then this happened, 3. Which triggered these rules, 4. Which resulted in this decision.
Its that easy.
I don't know you. I'm sure you are a great guy.
And thanks for the noise Germanybound. Thats constructive. If you have an explanation of the events and applicable rules, please share.
